Grand 'Cultural Festival' in Atlantic City on Aug 12 by Bangladesh Association of South Jersey

A grand 'Atlantic City Cultural Festival' is set to take place on Wednesday (August 12) in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The mega event is being organized at the initiative of the Bangladesh Association of South Jersey (BASJ).
To share the preparations and detailed schedule of the festival, a press conference was held on Tuesday (July 7) evening at the Bangladesh Community Center on Fairmount Avenue in the city.
The press conference was attended by prominent leaders of the organization, including President Jahirul Islam Babul, General Secretary Zakirul Islam Khoka, Chairman of the Board of Trustees Abdur Rafique, Cultural Festival Convenor Mozahar Ali, and Member-Secretary Mamunul Haque Mamun.
The leaders highlighted various aspects, goals, and objectives of the upcoming festival to the journalists.
According to the organizers, the festival along with a traditional 'Bangladesh Mela' (Fair) will be held at the Sandcastle Stadium in Atlantic City on August 12, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The event is completely free to enter (Free Event) and will feature numerous stalls showcasing traditional Bangladeshi products, along with various other attractive arrangements.
To entertain the audience, renowned singers from Bangladesh, including the celebrated artist SI Tutul and Bindu Kona, will perform alongside popular local artists from India, Pakistan, and the United States.
The organizers expressed high optimism that the festival will play a vital role in upholding Bengali culture abroad and introducing rich native traditions to the newer generation.
