Rally demanding release of CU kidnapped students, punishment of rapists in Khagrachari

A rally in Khagrachari demanding punishment for the rapist of a student who was raped in Kaukhali and rescue of abducted students of Chittagong University was held on Sunday.
The protest march was organized on Sunday under the banner of the indigenous student society from Suryasikha Club in Mahajanpara in Khagrachari. The procession met at the rally at the Batala of the court at the end of the main road of the city.
Speakers at the rally said that the abducted students demanded the release of the immediate state of healthy, and if they were not released in a short time, the rally was threatened with strict programs.
Besides, the abductors were subjected to punishment and demanded exemplary punishment. On the other hand, the students also demanded the arrest of the accused rapist in the rape of the Marma girl in Kaukhali, Rangamati. Speakers at the rally blamed the UPDF Prasad Group for abducting.
Meanwhile, the joint force has continued to rescue the abducted students.
