Prominent theatre personality Nizamuddin Dulal is no more

Cumilla's prominent theatre personality and organizer Nizamuddin Ahmed Dulal has passed away. He breathed his last at 7:40 pm on Sunday while undergoing treatment at Cumilla Medical College Hospital. He was 75 years old. At the time of his death, he was survived by his wife, four sons, a daughter, relatives, colleagues and numerous admirers.
Nizamuddin Dulal, the second son of the late Joynal Abedin, a resident of Mogaltuli in Cumilla city, and a distinguished theatre artist who received the District Shilpakala Academy award, had been ill for some time. His death cast a shadow of mourning over the cultural scene of Cumilla .
According to Nizam Uddin Dulal's family sources, his first funeral was held at the premises of Sangraish Gauchia Mosque . After that, he buried after the second funeral at the Mughaltuli Shah Shuja Jame Mosque after Zohr.
