Dengue patients increasing :10 detected in 24 -hr in Sylhet

The number of dengue cases in Sylhet is increasing rapidly. About 66 dengue patients have been identified in the last 19 days. Specially in the last 24 hours ending on Sunday. 10 new dengue cases have been identified in Sylhet division.
According to the health department, a total of 249 dengue patients have been identified in Sylhet division this year. Of these, 47 were infected in Sylhet district, 37 in Sunamganj, 23 in Moulvibazar and 142 in Habiganj. The divisional health director's office gave this information on Sunday.
The dengue outbreak is the highest in Habiganj. Currently, 18 dengue patients are admitted in various hospitals in Sylhet division.
However, no one has died of dengue so far.
On the other hand, the coronavirus situation is now under control. No new corona patients were identified in Sylhet division on Sunday. A total of 30 people have been infected with corona in the division this year, of which 3 have died. The last time one person was identified with corona was on July 23.
