Young man dies due to electrocution in Bagatipara

A youth named Miraj Hossain died due to electrocution in Bagatipara of Natore.
The incident took place in Sanyalpara village of Faguadiyar union of the upazila on Saturday afternoon.
The deceased Miraj Hossain (20) is the son of Rafiq Ali of that area. Locals said that while cutting grass on the bank of Jahangir Alam pond in that area, Miraj died due to electrocution due to the connection of the non-conductive electric wire on the bank of the pond.
He was later taken to Bagatipara Medical Hospital where doctor Dr. Sanjida Akhter declared him brought dead. He said he was brought to the hospital dead and his hands were electrocuted.
