Who Will Bury Me

In a village small and bright,
Uncle spoke with all his might,
"Join a group, dear nephew mine,
Why not be in social line?"
I replied, "I stand alone,
Better off in my own zone.
In groups, one must blindly fight,
Hurling stones with all their might."
Matubbar said, "Who will care,
For your grave, when none is there?"
I was struck, began to think,
Who will bury me, on death's brink?
Why must one on earth comply,
Not to be buried when they die?
Must I join in wrong and fight,
To be buried, out of sight?
Questions haunt me, night and day,
Why do people act this way?
Must we follow, without soul,
Just to reach that final goal?
