
Three members including two female of 'Malm Party' arrested in Porsha

Villagers arrested three members including two female members of 'Malm Party' while they were entering a house and stealing in broad daylight in Chhaor Baldahar (Kamardha) village of Porsha in Naogaon and handed them over to the police station.
On Thursday at 4:30 pm, the members of Malm Party secretly entered the house of Nazmul Haque, son of Shamsul Haque, in that village. At that time, Nazmul's wife Sathi Khatun was alone in the house. When they entered the house, they tried to steal the house's belongings and when Sathi shouted, the villagers rushed to arrest the two women and the CNG driver. They were later handed over to the police. The arrested are Roksana (40), daughter of Mohir Uddin of Boalia Kalupur village in Gomostapur upazila of Chapainawabganj district, and Josna (50), wife of Naimuddin, and Nasim (45), son of the late Abdus Chattar of Hogla village.
A regular case has been filed against them at the police station. They were sent to jail on Friday. Porsha Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mintu Rahman confirmed the matter.
