Teachers are respected and respected by all but

Shudir Baran Mazi

There is no doubt that teachers are respected and respected by all. However, its variation in time and place is also visible. A teacher he is always learner friendly and student friendly. He stands by education, stands by students, guides students to walk the path of truth and justice. Along with that, thinking and consideration will be unlimited. From whom students learn to tell the truth the truth and call the lie a lie, gather the courage to speak. No matter how difficult it is. Everything can be given up, but truth cannot be given up for anything. And so they are revered and respected across time and space.

If education is the backbone of a nation, teachers are the nervous system. Through which flows new streams of knowledge, new civilizations. A teacher is always humane, moral and earthly. Who is always vocal against commercialization of education.

A teacher introduces new dreams to the society through students, shows the way of light even in deep crisis, plays a direct role in creating harmonious bonds of society, family, individual life, harmonious relationship and environment.

He constantly strives to establish the true and the beautiful. A teacher plays a more important role in establishing morality, values and humanity in society. The teacher does not confine the students to mere literature.

A teacher's job is not to teach only to pass the exam, he teaches to know life, to understand life and to pass life. Stimulates new creative thinking. It is because of the unlimited sacrifice, labor and talent of teachers that we have risen to the highest level of civilization today. The teacher is soaked in the respect and love of all classes of people, starting from the working class. Again, he himself respects the working people as well as teaches the students to fight for the rights of the working people and respect them. Yesterday Marx said that without the labor of the worker, gold is soil. It is the teacher who gives completeness to a student through his teaching. A teacher's seat is not limited to the classroom. He spreads from one end of the world to the other. If there is no teacher, just as individual life is not enlightened, social civilization is also not enlightened.

Teachers are the beacon of society. When this beacon grows carelessly and neglected, we ourselves lose mutual respect. And its long-term damage affects our society and we, its consumers. Teachers don't just teach for bread and butter. He will teach to build enlightened people, to spread the spark of light, for self-satisfaction, prosperity and development. If respected teachers themselves do not betray their beliefs, values and ideals, many of the visible disturbances in the society will be resolved. However, it is true that one cannot become a teacher without state initiative and patronage. It is not possible to establish the teacher's ideal without establishing the social status of the teacher in the state, and a teacher cannot be an ideal teacher without the teachers' sincerity, self-will and commitment to ideals. At any cost we have to come out of this crisis as we need it. The deeper the crisis, the greater the need for teachers. From the beginning of civilization, we see how the unceasing efforts of the teachers have established the truth, ignoring the obstacles and barriers.

Again, seeing the behavior of some teachers, the question arises within themselves, how are they teachers, why are they teachers? They are neither education friendly nor student friendly. They are private tuition friendly, person friendly, coaching friendly and student friendly. I have seen and heard many teachers who consider it their achievement to exploit students. And because of them, students lose a lot of time. Later these students become dangerous for family, society, state. Extreme individualism prevails.

Teaching is the only way to earn money for living. If such a person thinks that he should not enter the teaching profession. He will personally benefit from this as well as the nation will benefit. Due to the shortage of teachers, today's young society, youth society is going astray. Due to the crisis of teachers, our society-civilization is facing economic crisis, technology development and production is not getting dynamic. In today's society, there are many famous teachers, but the number of teachers is very small. If there is a shortage of teachers, a class of people in the society benefit a lot. The extent of their dark realm increases.

A teacher who cannot develop himself cannot develop others. His education created sterility in the society. He needs to try elsewhere for livelihood, not teaching. The teaching and learning of named teachers is responsible for the social and human degradation that is going on in today's society. A teacher's job is not only to teach in the classroom. When students do not get the time and expected knowledge from the teacher, the teacher loses his dignity, loses confidence and the students' neglect and contempt for him increases.

However, the trend of evasion can be observed among teachers nowadays. And their number is not less. A group of teachers have been seen selling everything they have just chasing money. As a result his personal achievements and happiness are disappearing while family turmoil and strife are also increasing.

And this is how social decay and degeneration begins. It is natural for a teacher to dream that his students will surpass him one day. There is a great shortage of such teachers in the society. In the present society, teachers prefer power over research. In this case, where the power of knowledge and science was supposed to be the main one, the teachers are somehow abandoning education and joining themselves in the exercise of power by becoming administrators. Faculty interest in teaching and research is declining, the exercise of power is increasing, which appears to be in conflict with the university's goals and objectives. In 1952, following the death of Israel's first president, Wiseman, the scientist Albert Einstein was asked to become president. But power is worthless to him who does not have the joy of creating new knowledge. He turned down the lucrative offer of the presidency and chose research as his life's vow. If our teachers could also think like this, it would be possible for students to explore new knowledge.

The ongoing crisis of teachers and education needs to be overcome. And this requires state initiative, cooperation of teachers and a change in social attitudes. Say yes to good deeds, say no to bad deeds. If we want to advance our society, we need to increase the range of teachers. In order to bring back the education environment and the status of teachers, we must ensure maximum transparency in the appointment of teachers regardless of party affiliation, otherwise the darkness in education will deepen.

Teachers need to establish social status. No class discrimination can be created among the teachers. Teachers' skills should be evaluated objectively. Teachers should continue the struggle of education within themselves. If the teaching community in our country had a negative attitude and carried out work through sincerity, concentration, dedication and honesty in the workplace, then it would have been possible to develop Bangladesh as a modern country. After all, it would have been possible to stand tall in the world. It was no longer possible to push the teachers to the margins of the society by neglecting them, neglecting them, insulting them. We hope to increase the range of ideal teachers. We believe that only then we can build a happy-prosperous country in the future, get enlightened people, golden Bangladesh will become full of gold.
