Bangladesh. Bangabandhu brought different types of people together. It is unprecedented in the world. Therefore, Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner and Additional Secretary Dr. Dewan Muhammad Humayun Kabir commented that if Bangabandhu was not born, this independent country would not have been born.

He made this comment in the speech of the chief guest at the distribution of stipend money, bicycles and house keys organized by the upazila administration at Ishwardi Upazila Parishad square on Wednesday morning. Under the chairmanship of Pabna Deputy Commissioner M. Asaduzzaman and under the supervision of Upazila Executive Officer Subir Kumar Das, Additional Superintendent of Police Biblab Kumar Goswami, Assistant Commissioner Bhumi TM Rahsin Kabir, Acting Upazila Chairman Abdus Salam Khan, Officer in-charge of Ishwardi Thana Rafiqul Islam, Vice Chairman Atia Ferdous, Project Implementation Officer Touhidul Islam, Social Service Officer Masud Hasan, President of Ishwardi Upazila Press Club and Central Organizing Secretary of National Journalist Society Touhid Akhter Panna were present. The chief guest also said that if it was not for Bangabandhu, we would not have reached the role model of today's development. The unprecedented development of the country including the Rooppur nuclear project would not have happened with the efforts of his worthy successor Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

In the event, 36 small groups handed over stipend money, four bicycles and two house keys to the tribal students. Earlier, other guests along with the chief guest inaugurated the Sheikh Russel Children's Park by cutting the ribbon, performing special prayers and swinging on the swing.
