Kulaura Upazila Parishad Chairman and Upazila Primary Education Committee President Principal AKM Shafi Ahmed Solman has been selected as the best upazila chairman for his special contribution to the progress and improvement of the quality of primary education at the district level in Moulvibazar in the National Primary Education Medal 2022.
