Seminar on importance of efficient use of micro credit, skill dev training in Rangpur

A seminar on the need to improve the quality of microfinance and skill development training activities was held at a local hotel in Rangpur on Thursday at the initiative of the city social services office.
Rangpur Deputy Commissioner Asib Ahsan was the chief guest. Rangpur Divisional Director of Social Services (Deputy Secretary) Abdul Motaleb Sarkar and City Corporation Executive Magistrate Mahmudul Hasan Mridha were the special guests in the presidency of District Social Services Deputy Director Abdul Matin. Among others, Tajul Islam, vice president of Rangpur Polytechnic Institute and Shafiqul Islam Paikar, city social service officer spoke on the occasion.
The program emphasizes the proper use of micro loans. The Department of Social Services, Rangpur is working to improve the living standards of the poor and helpless families through micro-credit. The new generation is continuing its efforts to develop talent with training from the Department of Social Services. This will be able to transform the next generation in a new form.
