Sajeda Chy’s deals, political wisdom to influence generations: Dr Speaker

Jatiya Sangsad Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury MP said ideals and political acumen of late Deputy Leader of Parliament Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury will inspire generation after generation.
Syeda Sajeda was close associate of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, she said, adding that the great politician handled the party in the tough time in post 1975 era.
Jatiya Sangsad Chief Whip Noor-e-Alam Chowdhury Liton MP, Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader MP, members of parliament, leaders of ruling Awami League, and others were present.
Syeda Sajeda’s sons Ayman Akbar, Sajed Akbar and Shahdab Akbar and daughter Mahrukh Akbar Rahman shared memories of the late leader.
