The monthly welfare meeting of June of Range Reserve Force (RRF), Barishal was held on Sunday.
The meeting, organized at the drill shed of Barishal Police Lines, was presided over by the Commandant and Additional DIG of RRF Barisal, Mr. Md. Abdus Salam Rimon.
The meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, which was read by Constable Mahmudul Hasan. Later, the Gita was read as a Hindu religious prayer by ASI (Armed) Shri Mukul Bala. The meeting began in a cordial atmosphere, regardless of religion or caste.
In the meeting, the Commandant listened attentively to the various problems and internal issues of the police members present and gave immediate necessary instructions. He announced to take remedial steps on various important issues including TA bill, leave approval, housing crisis, quality of food in the mess.
The Commandant distributed necessary health protection equipment for use in various camps.
Deputy Commandant (Superintendent of Police) Mr. Md. Noor Alam, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Administration) Afzal Hossain, RI Mr. Mukul Kumar Ghosh, along with various levels of officials, officers and force members of RRF Barisal were present at the event.
The meeting was concluded in a peaceful and constructive atmosphere.
