Upazila Executive Officer Md. Aminul Islam distributed 5 kg of rice and dry food among the families affected by the rains, storms, river erosion at the initiative of Upazila administration, Relief and Disaster Management Department.
The rice and dry food were distributed at Kalaiya Union Parishad at around 7pm on Tuesday. Bauphal Upazila Project Implementation Company Mostafa Moshard Murad, Acting Chairman of Kalaiya Union Md. Feroz Howlader, UP Member Mohammad Ali, Md. Kamal Mridha, Md. Kabir Ghazi, Md. Tuhin were present.
