A press conference was organised by the Anti-discrimination Student Movement, Patuakhali to call for the questionable role of the Bauphal upazila administration in meeting the expectations of equality, justice, human dignity and the formation of a peaceful state and for the necessary reforms in all sectors including government offices, educational institutions in the future, in exchange for hundreds of lives in exchange of hundreds of lives. .

The press conference was held on Thursday at around 11 o'clock at Bauphal Government College premises.

In the press conference, Muntasir Tasrip and Fatima Jahan Chamia, coordinators of Bauphal Upazila Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, presented their 13-point demands in writing to the journalists, including various irregularities and reforms in the upazila.

They said that the reason why the students have re-independent the country with their blood has not changed yet. The activities of various offices are being conducted as per previous rules. Status of Bauphal Hospital is not good and urged to tske legal action against the drug dealers and juvenile gangs.

Ghost bills of rural electricity should be stopped. He requested the administration to stop all the injustices in Baufal upazila starting from extortion within the next 7 days.

No wrongdoing can be allowed. In order to realize the fair rights of the students, all the colleges of the upazila, including the Baufal government college, should arrange student union elections. If these demands are not accepted, the students will again protest on the streets.
