Madan (Netrakona) Correspondent

The Presidential Debate Competition-2024" competition was held at secondary school level with the support of upazila administration and organized by MM Friendship in Netrakona's Madane on "Plastic Should Be Bend - that is, plastic should be banned".

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Shah Alam Mia was present as the chief guest. Md. Inchan Uddin Talukder, Chairman of MM Friendship, presided. Lecturer Sanwar Hossain was in charge.

Lecturer Azizul Haque was in charge of the moderator.Lecturer Haradhan Chandra Saha, Lecturer Ghiyas Mahmud and Primary Teacher Dilu Dutta were the judges.Teacher Jannatul Rifa was in charge of the scorer.

A.League President Bir Muktijodha Abdul Kadduch and General Secretary Abdul Hannan Tang Shamim, Agricultural Officer Md. Habibur Rahman, Officer in-charge Ujjal Kanti Sarkar, Dr. Nayan Chandra Ghosh,Bir Muktijoddha Abdur Rahim, DGM of Palli Bidyut Samity Feroz Ahmed, were present as guests.Principal (Acting) Mukhleshur Rahman, Madan Press Club General Secretary Tofazzal Hossain and Principal Abdul Hannan (Retd.).

Anas Sadan was selected as the best speaker in this competition.Also participating in the competition are Fauzia Rahman Maya, Srijita Dey, Farzana Khan, Tasnim bint Islam and Mosha Sadia Rahman.Medals, certificates and crests are awarded to the best speaker.The rest were given certificates and medals.

The debate competition was attended by teachers and students from various educational institutions, parents, conscious groups and media workers.
