Pran declares 32pc cash dividend

Agricultural Marketing Company (Pran) saw a slightly lower profit in the 2021-22 fiscal year although its board of directors declared the same 32 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders.
The agricultural food processing company's profits dropped year-on-year by 4 per cent to Tk 4.49 crore in the last financial year.
Its paid-up capital was Tk 8 crore and it has a reserve of Tk 55 crore, according to the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website.
Stocks of Pran, however, dropped 11 per cent to Tk 267 at the DSE today.
