Pickup-microbus collision leaves 4 dead in Narsingdi

Four people were killed after a collision between a microbus and a pickup van in Narsingdi's Madhabdi on Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, 10 persons were also injured and they were first taken to Sadar Hospital. Later, critically injured eight were shifted to Dhaka Medical.
Quoting the eyewitnesses, police said around 11:30pm, a passenger-carrying microbus which was heading towards Brahmanbari to enjoy Eid, collided with a pickup van in Madhabdi's Tatapara area under Sadar upazila. Then the micro got twisted, leaving four of its passengers dead on the spot.
The bodies were taken to Sadar Hospital morgue, said Narsingdi Sadar Police Station OC Md Tanvir Ahmed.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
