Padma Bank Limited has officially inaugurated the Lalbag Sub-branch to deliver banking services to the people of this historical area of the capital. It will be operated under the Imamganj Branch. This is the sixth official sub-branch of Padma Bank.

All types of banking services, including opening of bank accounts, cash deposits and withdrawals, chequek book and pay order issue, clearing chequek and pay order deposits, deposit and loan facilities, real-time online banking facilities and utility bill deposits, are available in the Sub-Branch.

Padma Bank’s Deputy Managing Director & CBO Mohammed Emtiaz Uddin inaugurated the Sub-Branch on Monday. Thanking the customers, he said that Padma Bank has come in front of them with the slogan "Bodlay Jao Bodlay Dao, Bodla Jabe Padma Bank". Padma wants to continue this fight with the help of customers. Sub-branches are being established to provide modern and quality banking services to the clients as a part of financial inclusion.

He expressed hope that the Lalbag Sub-branch will be able to make a significant contribution to the expansion and development of business and commerce in the area.

Padma Bank's senior officials of different departments and local dignitaries, social workers, and people of various classes and professions, were also present. The programme started with “Doa Mahfil”.
