Oath-taking, Army Chief Parade of ‘Signals Corps 2024 Batch Recruits’ held at Jessore Cantonment

The ‘Oath-Taking and Closing Parade’ of the ‘Signals Corps Recruits Batch-2024’ was held at Signal Training Center and School in Jessore Cantonment today.

The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 55 Infantry Division and Jessore Area Commander, Major General JM Imdadul Islam was present as the chief guest on the occasion, said a release of Inter-Services of Public Relations (ISPR) this evening.

Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest expressed his determination to develop the Bangladesh Army into a well-trained, well-disciplined and modernly equipped force one.

Congratulating the recruits on their successful completion of the training and career, he wished their all-out success in days to come.

Recruit Noor Mohammad was selected as the best recruit in all subjects this year.

Earlier, on his arrival at the parade ground at the Signals Training Center and School in Jashore, the GOC was welcomed there.

Senior military and civil officers of Jessore and Khulna regions, junior commissioned officer (JCOs), soldiers of other ranks, invited guests and recruits’ family members enjoyed the ‘Army Chief Parade’ of Recruits Batch 2024, the release added.
