Because at present almost half of the population of Bangladesh is young and youth. They are the real artisans of developing BangladeshThis youth community has acted as an important force for change around the world in various events such as climate change, human rights abuses and even the current pandemic. Realizing the importance of youth, the United Nations is now more focused on youth development. According to the United Nations, there are 200 million people aged 10-24 years in the world who are young and one-fourth of the total population, according to data obtained from the Internet. According to the National Youth Policy of Bangladesh, the age group of 18 to 35 years is identified as 'youth'. As such, one third of the total population is youthThe United Nations has also launched a social media campaign on this day to highlight the involvement of youth in bringing global change. There is no alternative to government and various initiatives to empower the youth of the country. The role of this youth society in enlightening the country's politics, economy and society is unforgettable. The participation of the youth in the overall context sometimes worries us, because we see the youth getting involved in various heinous crimes in addition to doing good in the society. Not only that, the youth is becoming a burden to the family, society and the state by becoming addicted to drugs. This is never desirable for us, nor was it desirable. And due to various global crises, many people of the world are currently facing various challenges and food security. And still there is a lack of involvement and empowerment of youth in all fields and various development processes. If the meaningful participation of this large number of youths is not ensured, they will not be able to play a role in the development of the country and the excellence of democratic politics. Therefore, the country and the world will move forward with the cooperation of the youths. Youths should be given opportunities to work in all state-owned, autonomous and private institutions. They areThey get a supportive environment to develop their talent and skills.Youth must be represented through empowerment and active participation and by welcoming their initiatives. But today the participation of the youth in the overall context sometimes worries us, because we see the youth getting involved in various heinous crimes along with the good work of the society. Not only that, the youth is becoming a burden to the family, society and the state by becoming addicted to drugs. This is never, nor was it, desirable for us. Because our past history never teaches us this. The youth of this country embraces the progressive ideas and the spirit of the liberation war, which has created the golden history of the past, which is still written in golden letters on the pages of history. But why now, the corrupt political initiation among the youth and the naked mentality of axing wealth and wealth through the abuse of political power has been instilled in their brains?

I have always been an optimistic person. I still firmly believe that the youth of this country is not yet completely spoiled, but there are some young men and women who are a little bit astray, the positive education of values that should have developed their intellect and mind has not been fully developed, so they prefer self-centered attitude. Guided life withdoingWhich is a total disappointment. However, I believe that there are many creative talented young men and women in this generation. Whose activities are not only developing themselves but also representing the whole country by their personal success. They are spreading the country's achievements and reputation globally. These positive aspects should be spread more among our youth. They should take the right initiative to inform them about the positive aspects in shaping student life. Because there is a stage, when the human brain is manipulated, the brain reflects exactly that. So we have to be optimistic, unite and be vigilant to overcome the ongoing crisis and ensure that no one misguides the promising youth of our country. Because today's youth will be the leaders of this country in the future. Will manage the state.So from now on, if positive practice of values and correct understanding of life can be created among them, then it will play an important role in the personal development of those youths, as well as I believe it will play an active role in keeping the wheel of overall development of this country in motion. As a result, it will be possible to transform the dream of building a prosperous Bangladesh for the development of this country, irrespective of men and women. Therefore, along with men, women members of the family should be given equal opportunities and they can use their acquired talent and skills for the welfare of the country.
The youth society of this country has a glorious role in all the movements and struggles and progress of Bangladesh. Just as the youth did not hesitate to sacrifice their lives for the establishment of democracy in this country, including the struggle for independence from the great language movement, they are also relentlessly engaged in the struggle for economic liberation.
Bangladesh is committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030 and becoming a developed and smart Bangladesh by 2041. But for this we have to pay more attention to employment. Everyone in the society including government party, opposition party, civil society has the responsibility to create employment. Job creation is a major challenge; The country should be moved forward by keeping the country's education system error-free and corruption-free. Our education system is not able to meet the demand of skilled and educationally qualified workers in the labor market.

The government has already taken steps to formulate many well-thought-out action plans. Efforts are underway to invest more in technical education, information and communication technology to bring education up-to-date with the challenges of the 21st century, from schools to universities. Emphasis is placed on increasing youth employment as well as entrepreneurship and self-employment.

Currently, the number of internet users in the country is more than 13 crore and the number of mobile connections is over 186 million.

More than 16,000 entrepreneurs are currently working in about 8,800 digital centers across the country to deliver services to people's doorsteps, where 50 percent are women entrepreneurs. As a result, on the one hand, the inequality between men and women, on the other hand, the inequality between the rich and the poor and the inequality between rural and urban areas is being eliminated. The government is investing Tk 500 crore in the next five years to develop the startup culture in the country and pave the way for startups to exploit innovative opportunities. Ten Startup Ecosystem has been developed by providing talented young entrepreneurs with interest and collateral free equity investment and various facilities including training, incubation, mentoring and coaching. 2500 startups are actively working including Bikash, Pathao, Chaldal, Sure Cash, Sahaj, Paperfly. Who created about 1.5 lakh more jobs. Our youth was not familiar with this culture even 10 years ago. In just 7 years, 700 million dollars have been invested in this sector.

Finally, I want to say that we have a large youth society in this developing country - if we can make their hands useful for the work of building the country, if we can instill patriotism and interest in work, then we can undoubtedly say that this country will no longer be poor. And the youth are the leaders of global change. giving Ensure their access to human rights-based sexual and reproductive health services and information. The girl child's access to health, nutrition, education needs to be secured and promoted through legislative reforms as well as development of mechanisms conducive to wider social, cultural and economic change. The role of family members, especially parents and other legal guardians, should be enhanced to strengthen self-image, self-esteem and dignity and promote and support girls' health and well-being. Youth society means equal participation of children, it must be recognized by all. Only then will it be possible to ensure ethnic development with the participation of the youth. Therefore, it will be improved through development. On this great day, let us all vow to involve the youth in the development of the nation. If this continuity can be continued, the effectiveness of celebrating National Youth Day will be reflected in reality. The significance and importance of Youth Day will increase. The youth of this country has created the golden history of the past by embracing the progressive ideas and the spirit of liberation war and will continue today. The face of the family and the country will shine - this is the expectation.
