Life sentence accused of murder case of school student arrested in Rupganj

RAB- 11 arrested Hasan Mia, a life sentence accused in the murder case of a school student Priyanka in Rupganj, Narayanganj.
He was arrested from Sonargaon Kanchpur area of the district early on Wednesday. Arrested Hasan Mia is the son of Fazlul Haque of Barabo area of Tarab Municipality in the upazila.
RAB 11 AD Sams said that on November 6, 2017, Priyanka, a JSC examinee of Barabo Haji Ayet Ali High School in Tarab Municipality, was killed. After that, the deceased's father Mohiuddin filed a case with Rupganj Police Station. On November 5, Judge Jasmine Akhter of the District Women and Child Repression Prevention Tribunal sentenced Hasan Mia to life imprisonment. Hasan Mia was absconding for a long time. He was arrested from Kanchpur in Sonargaon Upazila on Wednesday night based on a secret information. He has been sent to Rupganj Police Station.
