The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education is going to set up new buildings in 28 more government primary schools in the capital.

New buildings are being constructed in the schools located in Dhaka Metropolis and Purbachal area.

The foundation stones of the school buildings will be laid simultaneously by the State Minister of Primary and Mass Education Zakir Hossain from Monday.

Mahbubur Rahman Tuhin, senior public relations officer of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education informed this on Sunday afternoon.

Secretary of the Ministry Farid Ahmed and LGED Chief Engineer Ali Akhtar Hossain will be special guests in the event. Shah Rezwan Hayat, Director General of the Directorate of Primary Education will preside over the function.

The government primary schools to be constructed in new buildings are - Sheikh Kamal Govt Primary School, Munda Govt Primary School , Khalilur Rahman Givt Primary School, Kobbad Sardar Govt Primary School . Mirpur RC Govt Primary School, Barabo Mohanpur Govt Primary School, Nandipara Govt Primary School, Bawther Wahab Bepari Govt Primary School, Diabari Bangabandhu Govt Primary School, Paradgar Mannan Govt Primary School , Basila New Govt Primary School Walk Up Govt Primary School, Holan Govt Primary School . Mainar Tech Govt Primary School, Shahjadpur Model Govt Primary School, Kalyanpur Model Govt Primary School, Gobindpur Govt Primary Social, Education Center Govt Primary School, Progres Govt Primary School, Dumni Govt Primary School, Talna Govt Primary School, Shaheed Anwar Primary School, BG Press Primary School, Khilgaon Model Primary School and Nurechala Govt Primary School and Bhola Primary School.
