LGED celebrates Independence Day

Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) undertakes colourful programmes on the occasion of great Independence and National Day celebration with due dignity.
In the morning, all levels LGED officials-employees led by LGRD Minister Tajul Islam MP and Chief Engineer Sheikh Mohammad Mohsin paid tributes to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on Sunday.
Later, a discussion meeting was held.
In the discussion meeting, the chief engineer remembered the greatest Bengali Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, with deep respect.
He also remembered those who were martyred in the great Liberation War. Additional Chief Engineer Noor Hossain Howladar gave a welcome speech in the discussion meeting.
LGED Additional Chief Engineer Ali Akhtar Hossain, Additional Chief Engineer Mohammad Rezaul Karim also spoke on the occassion.
Besides , LGED district and upazila level officials are participated in the virtual meeting.
