The low pressure area formed in the southwestern coastal area of the country has condensed into a land depression and is located in the same area. The weather forecast has informed that gusty or stormy winds may blow from the southeast at a speed of 60 kilometers per hour in 13 districts of the country including Patuakhali and along the coastal areas at any time. Therefore, these river ports have been asked to display local warning signal number 1 and all sea ports of the country including Payra in Patuakhali have been asked to display local warning signal number 03. Fishing trawlers have been asked to remain safe.
Didar Uddin Ahmed Masum, President of the Mahipur Fisheries Traders Cooperative Society, said, all trawler fishermen in the sea have been asked to fish with caution.
