July-August genocide case: ICT directs to produce 10 ex-ministers among 14 individuals

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has directed authorities to produce 10 former ministers, two advisers, an army official and a former secretary before it on November 18 in July-August genocide case.
A three-member tribunal, led by its chairman Md Golam Mortuza, passed this order on Sunday following two separate petitions filed by the state.
The individuals are former adviser for private industries affairs to the former Prime Minister, Salman F Rahman; former power, energy, and mineral resources adviser Toufiq-e-Elahi Chowdhury; former ministers Anisul Haque, Abdur Razzak, Faruk Khan, Dipu Moni, Shahjahan Khan, Golam Dastagir Gazi, Hasanul Haque Inu, and Rashed Khan Menon; state ministers Zunaid Ahmed Palak and Kamal Ahmed Mojumder; former army officer Ziaul Ahsan; and former home affairs secretary Jahangir Alam.
