Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir of Jahangirnagar University (JU) Unit has announced its full-fledged Executive Committee for the 2025 session on Friday.

The announcement was made through an official press release signed by JU Shibir President Muhibur Rahman, published on the organization's verified Facebook page.

The new members are as follows:

Office and Publicity Secretary - Md. Mazharul Islam, Education and Skill Dev Secy : Abdullah Al Mamun, Dawah Secy : Mashiur Rahman, Finance Secretary: Md. Rakibul Hasan, Human Resource De Secretary: Md. Rakibul Islam, Student Welfare Secy: Md. Touhid Hasan, Science Secy: Md. Toufik Hossain, International Secretary: Mahdi Hasan Jihad, Research Secy: Ariful Islam Planning, Development Secy: Md. Safayet Mir, Environment and Social Service Secy: Md. Tarikul Islam, Student Rights Secretary: Md. Rakib Hossain, Literature, Publication, and Sports Secy : Md. Mahadi Hasan, Human Rights Secy: Md. Raihan Uddin and Information Tech Secy: Ali Ahmed

New JU Shibir President Muhibur Rahman said, "In accordance with our constitution, we have successfully formed the secretariat for the 2025 session. I believe the collective efforts of these new office bearers will help transform our campus into a hub of education, research, and ethical development. We seek the cooperation and support of all stakeholders in this mission.

"The declaration of the full Secretariat list was initially made during a program held on January 22 at the university’s auditorium, where President Muhibur Rahman announced the completion of the committee setup.

Earlier, on January 3, the central publication department of the organization had announced the selection of Muhibur Rahman Muhib as president and the nomination of Mostafizur Rahman as unit secretary.
