Journalist seriously hurt by miscreants in Kuakata

Former general secretary of Kuakata Press Club in Patuakhali and member of Kalapara Reporters Unity, Zahirul Islam Miron was seriously injured by miscreants and he was left in front of the house in critical condion .
The incident took place at around 12 o'clock in the area adjacent to the Tulatali Filling Station in Kuwait.
During this time, he was severely injured in two hands, head and chest. Locals later rescued Miron with injuries and taken to Kalapara Hospital where the doctor sent the duty doctor to Barishal after first aid . He was sent to Dhaka for better treatment after treatment at Barisal Sher-e-Bangla Hospital. Police immediately visited the scene but could not identify anyone so far. Miron is a Kuakata correspondent of BanglaVision. He is the general secretary of the Kuakata Municipal Jubo Dal.
Mohipur Police Station OC Tariqul Islam said journalist Miron arrived in front of the filling station at 12:30 pm from Dhaka. Later, when he left the car for the house, the miscreants attacked him.
