Journalist SM Solaiman has become Adviser of New York State Assembly District 30 recently.

Earlier he was In -Charge of Community Liaison in the same Assembly District. An introductory meeting of the Board of Advisors was held at Maspath Town Hall in Queens on Wednesday (February 21).

In the meeting, Assemblymember Steven Raga presented the budget and work plan of Assembly District 30 from 2023 to 2025.

Mainstream leaders from various New York communities participated in the advisory meeting.

The meeting was moderated by State Assembly District 30 Director of Community Affairs Miss Dolma Lama. The Advisory Board members put forward various suggestions for the welfare of the businessmen and immigrants of the community of this district. Meanwhile, Assemblymember Steven Raga handed over the budget and work plan data book to the newly appointed advisory board members.

Specially the second largest Bangladeshi community among immigrants living in Queens. Assemblyman Raga expressed his commitment to work together with businessmen and community leaders of the Bangladeshi community.

Assemblyman Raga assured the full support of small businesses and house owners in the areas of Estoria, Woodside, Jackson Heights, Elmhurst, Masspath under New York Assembly District 30. Meanwhile, the leaders of the Bangladeshi community in New York congratulated Independent Television USA representative and businessman SM Solaiman for becoming the advisor of State Assembly District 30.

He thanked Almighty God for taking responsibility in this new position of the mainstream and thanked the community leaders including Joy Chowdhury, the young leader of the Young Democrat mainstream in the United States. Journalist SM Solaiman expressed his hope to work on a larger scale in the future.
