Jaishankar greets Hasan Mahmud

External Affairs Minister of India Dr S Jaishankar today greeted Dr Hasan Mahmud on his appointment as the Bangladesh’s foreign minister.
“Congratulate Dr. Mohammed Hasan Mahmud on his appointment as the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh,” he wrote in his X handle (formerly known as twitter).
Jaishankar said he looks forward to working together to further deepen the India-Bangladesh friendship.
