Fush fries freed in Goalando reservoir

In the financial year 2024-25 under the revenue sector of Goalando Upazila Fisheries Department of Rajbari, fries have been released in internal wetlands, monsoon flooded paddy fields, floodplains and institutional reservoirs.
Upazila Executive Officer Joti Bikas Chandra inaugurated the program by releasing Penamach in four reservoirs of Goalando Upazila on Monday (September 9) morning.
A total of 333 kg of fish was released in 4 reservoirs of the upazila.
At that time, Rajbari Sadar Upazila Senior Fisheries Officer Mustafa Al Rajeeb, who is in charge of the Fisheries Officer of Goalando Upazila, along with the officials of various departments of the upazila administration of various fishermen were present.
