Fundraising for the Rehabilitation of Injured Victims of the July Revolution "Concert for Bangladesh" to be Held in Houston

On September 21st, a special event titled "Concert for Bangladesh" will be held in Houston to raise funds for the rehabilitation of the injured victims of the July Revolution. The concert, organized by the Bangladeshi expatriate community in Houston, aims to collect donations that will be distributed through the NGO Naripokkho in Bangladesh to aid those affected by the revolution.
The event will take place at the University of Houston Student Center Theater and feature performances by popular bands from Houston, Austin, and Dallas, including 'Houston Jam Session' and 'Octave,' along with vocalist Kuhoo. Additionally, there will be a solidarity speech by musician Babna Karim, a poetry recitation titled "The Shame of Helplessness" by Sagar Sen from the works of poet Mosharraf Hossain Patwary Nahid, and a special documentary by Cool Exposure that will highlight the martyrs of the July Revolution. There will also be a presentation detailing Naripokkho's initiative in supporting the injured.
