FF killed in Narsingdi road mishsp

A heroic freedom fighter named Abdul Hai (60) was killed when a bus overturned at Raipura in Narsingdi.
The accident took place at Dhukundir Char area on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway on Sunday afternoon.
Abdul Hai is the son of late Suruj Miah of Dhukundir Char village in Morjal of Raipura upazila of Narsingdi.
Police and locals said Abdul Hai was leaving his house around 4pm on Sunday and was walking along the Dhaka-Sylhet highway. At that time, a bus of Ananya Super Paribahan, which had left Kishoreganj, overtook another bus and crushed the heroic freedom fighter. He died on the spot. He is survived by his wife, four sons and a daughter.
According to family sources, the sons of the heroic freedom fighter Abdul Hai worked in different places. When they return home, he will be buried in the family cemetery with state honors tomorrow.
Bhairab Highway Police Sub-Inspector. Alauddin said the body of the deceased was handed over without an autopsy at the request of local people's representatives and family members. Ananya Paribahan's bus has been detained. However, the bus driver escaped.
