Fair of small scientists starts in Bhola

A fair of small scientists is held in Bhola. Students of schools and colleges have invented scientific equipment and technology with their own efforts. By using which the students think that it is possible to improve the quality of life of people in a short period of time. Besides, students will also get ideas about science and become science minds.

The fair was organized on Thursday (November 24) at Bhola Sadar Upazila square. The two-day 44th National Science Technology Week and 7th Science Olympiad thronged visitors and budding scientists.

Organizers say that through such a fair, in future, students will further develop their skills and will be interested in innovating new technologies. Through which students can develop their talent.

Some have developed life buoys (life jackets), some green houses, water elums or water-air pollution solutions. Some have also invented devices for generating electricity with the help of currents and devices for removing harmful insects from crop fields. These technology-based devices have been invented by young students. It is like a fair of small scientists. People of different classes and professions including teachers and students are gathering to see.

Tamanna, Habiba, Sathi, students of Bhola Municipal Girls' Secondary School invented the device to solve air and water pollution. They said, in our opinion, the air and water can be de-polluted through this device, and the balance of the environment will also be protected.

Arafat Hossain Jewel, a student of Bhola Government College, invented the modern crowbar, said farmers can drive away harmful insects through this device. It will protect the crop from damage. Sadika, a student who invented the modern city, said that many of us know more or less about technology. So through the use of technology we have invented various devices.

The main attraction of the fair was the telescope. Nazmul Ahsan Zahid made it and put it on the shelves. He said, through this device, one can learn about the space and also see different planets and stars. Interest in knowing the secrets of the universe will develop. I want students to become science minded and entrepreneurs.

Ashraful Alam, Assistant Headmaster of Tobgi Secondary School, said that as students are interested in learning about technology, they are also interested in inventing something new.

Meanwhile, a large number of people flocked on the first day of the fair. Many people came to see the fair and were encouraged to use technology and use new technology.

Bhola Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Touhidul Islam thinks that science will play a special role in building a nation. He said, out of interest, students will invent new technologies in the future. There are 25 stalls in the two-day fair.

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Science and Technology and under the supervision of the National Science and Technology Museum, Bhola Upazila Administration organized this Olympiad. Bhola Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Mosharef Hossain inaugurated the fair. The program was presided over by UNO Tauhidul Islam.

At this time the vice chairman. Yunus, Secondary Education Officer Abdul Hamid, Academic Supervisor Sirajul Islam Shawon and other officials of various levels were present.
