Rajshahi Range DIG Md Alamgir Rahman said that all levels of people should come forward to maintain social security and overall law and order.

The people should cooperate to the police to maintain law and order. We should stand by the oppressed and helpless people from the perspective of conscience, intelligence and humanity from their own religion, tribe and political position. The existing laws of the country must be followed, laws cannot be taken into one's own hands.

Everyone should cooperate in recovering the looted weapons. Be aware that this weapons do not cause any loss of life. If someone gets a weapon, leave it on the side of the mosque or the road. No legal action will be taken against those who voluntarily surrender the weapon to the nearest police station or if someone finds it.

He said these things on last Thursday at Bonpara Bybus, a lively rally organized by the district police in Natore's Baraigram to maintain social security and overall law and order. Natore District Superintendent of Police Md. Marufat Hussain presided over the rally and Natore Circle’s Additional Superintendent of Police Mahmuda Sharmin Nelli conducted it. Rajshahi Range DIG Md Alamgir Rahman was the chief guest there.
