Elections without voters have no joy, no beauty. This time all the upazila parishad elections of the country will be free of influence.
Electoral Commissioner Rasheda Sultana said in the chief guest's speech that if any influential (MP) influences the election, the Election Commission will take action against him as per the rules. On the oCoccasion of the 6th Upazila Parishad election, an exchange meeting was held on Saturday (May 4) morning at Rajshahi District Shilpakala Academy Auditorium. All candidates and election officials were present at that time.
Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner Dr. Under the chairmanship of Dewan Muhammad Humayun Kabir, Election Commissioner Rasheda Sultana said, please stay in your place. You will protect everyone's dignity and dignity. Candidates refrain from seeking the blessings and benefits of MPs. If any complaint is filed against any candidate then the candidature may be cancelled.
Rajshahi Range Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Anisur Rahman, Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) Commissioner Biplab Bijay Talukdar and Rajshahi Regional Election Officer Delwar Hossain were present as special guests at that time. Rajshahi, Chapainawabganj, Naogaon and Joypurhat District Deputy Commissioners, Superintendents of Police, Returning Officers, Presiding Officers and senior officers of law and order were present on the occasion of the upazila elections.
