Dr. Soumitra Shekhar awarded D.Litt degree from Kalyani University in India

Vice Chancellor of Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Isalm University Professor Dr. Soumitra Shekhar received this honorary degree during the 30th Convocation of Kalyani University.
The ceremony was held at A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Auditorium on Thursday.
Dr. Soumitra Shekhar expressed his feelings saying, "There's no age limit for learning and research. I am an academic and academic administrator first. However, research remains my primary identity. Therefore, obtaining this degree for research purposes fills me with enthusiasm.'"
