Distribution of combined harvester machines, seedlings among farmers in Kamalganj

Eight combined harvester machines and tree seedlings have been distributed among 8 farmers at 70 percent and 50 percent subsidized prices under the initiative of the Upazila Agriculture Full Housing and Implementation Committee under the Agricultural Mechanization Project through integrated management under the Boro season development support program in Moulvibazar Kamalganj in 2023-24 fiscal year.
On Saturday noon in the Kamalganj Upazila Parishad square, the Virtual Chief Guest gave a virtual chief guest speech. Agriculture Minister Md: Abdus Shaheed MP.
Kamalganj upazila nirbahi officer joynal Abedin presided over the event and upazila agriculture officer Jayanto Kumar Roy gave a welcome speech.

Upazila Agriculture Officer Jayanto Kumar Roy said, agricultural mechanization allows farmers to harvest paddy in less time with less cost using harvester machines. By doing this, there will be no shortage of workers, and farmers will get benefits at a fair price. Rice can be cut, threshed, threshed and bagged with this machine.
