Couple, daughter killed in Thakurgaon road accident

A couple and their daughter were killed after a bus hit their motorcycle in Lakshipur Daspara area in Baliadangi upazila of Thakurgaon on Sunday morning.
The deceased were identified as Masudur Rahman (50), his wife Hamida Begum Monowara (45) and their daughter Meher Nigar (13).
According to the police, the bus of ‘Hanif Enterprise’ hit the motorcycle coming from the opposite direction while the parents along with daughter were going to an educational institution called Madrasatul Huda to participate in the examination in Debadangi Lakshipur at 9:30am, leaving Hamida dead on the spot and her husband, daughter injured.
Masud's wife Hamida died on the spot. Masud and his daughter Nigar were rescued by fire service members and admitted to Thakurgaon Modern Sadar Hospital where they succumbs to their injuries while undergoing treatment.
