Cumilla University Press Club, an organization of journalists working in Cumilla University (CoU) has entered its seventh year after passing the sixth year. The organization started its journey on April 4, 2018 with the slogan 'Always in search of truth'.

The journalist organization traveled with 9 members through the convening committee. Acclaimed for presenting objective news since its inception, the organization currently has 25 members working with it, along with more than fifteen associate members.

The organization is relentlessly working to present news on the campus with the sincere cooperation of seniors and juniors. Atiqur Rahman Tanoy, an associate member of CoU Press Club, said, " CoU Press Club has been taking steps in seven years. I have been working with this organization for more than 2 years. Come here to learn academic knowledge hands on as a journalism student.

CoU Press Club highlights the development and progress of CoU Campus to the countrymen. Apart from this, regardless of the party, he writes against various irregularities and corruption. Hope the pen warriors of CoU Press Club will continue to 'always seek the truth'. "

Regarding the foundation anniversary, the current president of the organization Iqbal Hasan said, " Comilla University Press Club has entered seven years. In this long journey, our elders and we had to see many adverse situations. There will always be adverse situations. However, the organization will always follow the path of truth after overcoming all adverse situations." Shatabdi Zubair, founding convenor of the organization said, " Greetings to all on the occasion of Cumilla University Press Club entering its seventh year.

A bunch of young journalists of the club have been working with truth and devotion since its inception. Their efforts are being successful with the sincere support of the university family members. The Press Club is playing a key role in campus outreach and publicity. I hope that the family will keep the faith and trust that the Press Club is and will be by the side of the campus in any crisis of the university.
