Comilla University (CoU) 'Hult Prize' organizing committee for the on-campus round has been announced.

The student of 2019-20 session Muzahidul Islam Chowdhury will serve as the campus director of the 'Hult Prize 2024-25' committee. Hult Prize is also known as the Noble prize of youths .

The committee was confirmed through a press release on Thursday (12th December). Hure Jannat Aorna is the Chief Coordinator and Bayezid Hasan Shawon will serve as the chief innovation officer.

The committee is divided into 5 wings, there is Anika Tabassum Sadia as Branding and Promotion Wing Leader, Muntasir Naser as Event Management and Operation Wing Leader, Graphics and Content Wing Leader is Saidul Islam, Fadia Mosharat as Public Affairs and Outreach Wing Leader and Eka Talukder as Press and Documentation Wing Leader. Also, the 29-member organizing committee includes Salma Akhtar, Mir Abu Zafar, Iraz Anwar, Dewan Syeda Raisa Tasnim and Tarin Sumaiya as various wing supervisors. Hemon Bhuiyan, Abdullah Al Sayem, Mehedi Hasan Abir, Tahmid Tajwar, Sabbir Ahmed Shimul, Md.Karim, Md. Hannan, Mahir Nasir Palak, Md. Asif, Fayaz Mozammel Lalon, Jawad ur Rakin Khan, Nazifa Tabassum Nabila, Sadia Nausheen Oishi, Mariyam Akterr Shilpi, Syeda Sabrina Alam and Amena Akter are the executive of various wings. Explaining about the Hult Prize 2024-25 Committee, Campus Director Muzahidul said, 'Hult Prize Comilla University On-Campus Round 2024-25 will continue for the next two months. The entire competition will be completed in three different rounds. This year our committee has been formed with several students from various departments and faculties of the campus according to their expertise wing to conduct and successfully complete the various sessions and other activities. The committee has a total of 29 members including two heads, 5 wing leaders and other members. My hope is to successfully complete all our rounds, programs and activities with everyone and keep the reputation of Comilla University intact everywhere.'

It's notable that the Hult Prize competition is going to be organized for the 5th time in Comilla University. This on-campus round competition will be held in three phases. Later, the winning teams from the university level are sent to the regional selection process. The winning team in the final competition was awarded one million as prize money. Former USA President Bill Clinton announces the winners of this competition in September every year.
