A new waiting lounge for passengers at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in Dhaka will be opened on Thursday evening.

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus is expected to inaugurate the waiting lounge this evening, upon return from the COP29 climate summit, said a media release signed by Mahbubur Rahman Tuhin, Senior Information Officer of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism.The lounge has been developed through a collaborative effort between the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) and the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism.
