Case against 10 people, including 3 writers, has been filed against people for forging documents in Noakhali.

According to several responsible sources, it has been alleged that the investigation work is being disrupted due to the running of the people involved in the incident to cover up a fake document case in the Begumganj Sub-Registry Office.

According to the details of the case, a deed No. 6665 was registered at the Begumganj Sub-Registry Office on July 19 last year. In this, the plaintiff in the case created a fake document of property owned by Nazim Uddin and registered the document from Mejbah Uddin of the same village of a person named Jasim Uddin. Later the plaintiff came to know that a deed writer named Bahar Uddin of Kadirpur village had executed the deed. Later he met the writer and found out that he had not forged the fake document. When this incident came to light, Sub-Registrar ABM Abu Musa issued a show-cause notice to the writer on August 17.

According to him, the writer responded to the said notice on 20th August and on that day filed an affidavit No. 18 notarized in the First Class Magistrate Court. After that, the affected Nazim Uddin filed a case in Noakhali Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court. The PBI ordered Noakhali to investigate the case. The defendants involved in the incident and the sub-registrar Abu Musa Deleel Writers Association president writer, deed writer Amir Hossain kept communicating with the PBI in various ways.

At one stage, they created a donation document No. 8049 in the said office on August 24th to cover up the fact of the said document with each other's connivance. As there was no work in it, on 28th August, he executed an earnest agreement No. 8055 against the deed of donation. Since the incident is more complicated, the registered deed No. 2769 was cancelled.

In the complaint, it is also known that the main protagonist of the incident, the President, created fake documents and registered a stamp document No. 10767 in the said office on December 5, 17. Among the 9 khatians of that document, in 1 khatian the names of the donors of the document are not recorded. Including that incident, there are 8/9 cases against him in court and various departments.

Victim document writer Bahar Uddin said, if you see the CC camera in the registry office, you can understand and because of the death of my mother, I did not come to the office for a few days. But our leader and Amir Hossain are accused in this case. In this regard, Sub-Registrar ABM Abu Musa said, I think the registry work is completed in the light of correct documents.

The said document was presented by Samchuddin Sohail and the fee was entered in his name. Now if there is any kind of problem the court has jurisdiction. I also want justice for those involved in the incident. Victim Nazim Uddin said that he is running away from his homestead with his family in the face of threats from the accused to withdraw the case.

PBI investigator SI Mannan told this correspondent that the investigation into the incident is going on. Action will be taken after watching the CCTV footage.

The victims are seeking the intervention of higher authorities of anti-corruption and law enforcement agencies against the criminals involved in this fraud incident.
