BU residential students get free quality food on Independence Day

On the occasion of Independence and National Day, the authorities have arranged free high-quality food for the students in the four residential halls of Barisal University (BU).
Food items were distributed to the students on Sunday at around 7:30 pm.
Students took food by collecting free tokens from student hall through ID card. Food includes roast, polao, eggs, coke and phirni. This was confirmed by Bangabandhu and the Principal of Sher Bangla Hall.
Associate Professor Abu Zafar Mia, Principal of Sher Bangla Hall, said, food will be distributed among the residential students of 4 halls of the university on the occasion of Independence Day. Usually lunch is served, this time due to Ramadan, evening meal will be served.
The Teasurer of the University, Badruzzaman Bhuiyan Kanchan said, on the occasion of Independence Day, quality food has been arranged for the residential students under the supervision of the halls.
