North Bengal blockade program has been announced till appointment of Vice -Chancellor in Begum Rokeya University (BRUR) on Monday.

If the VC is not appointed in Begum Rokeya University , the students of Begum Rokeya University will boycott all programs and no student of the university is requested to participate in any other program.

At the same time, the students will hold a sit-in program by blocking the Modern Road. Time: 11 am. Venue: Gate No. 2, Begum Rokeya University. Place of siege: Mordan Mor Tanjil Hasan, student of department of Management Information Systems said that the demand of everyone's life is to appoint VC in the university.

Attendance of students of every department is strictly desirable. Imtias Finance and Banking Department student said, we gave 5 days ultimatum earlier and they did not accept the demand, later again we gave 48 hours ultimatum and they did not accept it, so we will take this decision and cut off communication with Rangpur and collect the demand.

Zaheer, a student of public administration department, said that Abu Saeed Bhai gave his life to eliminate discrimination, Abu Saeed's university has suffered discrimination through the current education administration. Until our demand is not met, I will cut off the northern road communication. The present administration is trying to create new discrimination by not appointing VC to replace Abu Saeed.

Tuhin Rana said , coordinator Sarjis, Hasnat's Rangpur town hall program we boycotted, there is no VC in BRUR. There will be no drama for them! Tomorrow at 10.45 we will gather in front of Gate No. 2, from there we will lay siege to Modern More at 11!This struggle is the struggle for our rights. All of us will succeed in announced program, Insha'Allah! Professor dr. Md. Elias Pramanik, Head of Department Computer science and Engineering said that You know North Bengal has always been neglected during all the previous budgets which is obvious. Everyone's fight against discrimination is still going on. BRUR parent is null.

The Interim Soccer Education Advisor has not heeded the demands of the BRUR student-teaching staff in the past few times after giving ultimatums through human chains. Rangpur BRUR students blockaded Mordan Mor Begum Rokeya University at the entrance of Rangpur city from 11 am today.

We all sympathize with the movement. The agitation will continue without harming the state until they accept the demands.
