Blood donation, grouping programme by BNP in Pirojpur

A blood donation and blood grouping programme was organized in Pirojpur as part of the central program of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) to commemorate the July-August mass uprising, mourning, and victory anniversary.
The program was held on Thursday afternoon at the Pirojpur district BNP office, organized by the Pirojpur district branch of the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB). Party leaders and activists participated spontaneously in the event. Alongside, attendees availed the opportunity for blood grouping and various health check-ups.
Present at the program were former central member of the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB) Dr. Imran Khan Naim, convener of the Pirojpur district branch of DAB Dr. Shikdar Mahmud, president of Pirojpur district Chhatra Dal Salauddin Talukdar Kumar, member secretary of the Volunteer Dal Touhidul Islam, convener of the Sadar Upazila Volunteer Dal Riaz Matubbar, along with other leaders and activists of the organization.
During the event, speakers stated that BNP is not just a political party; it stands by the people during times of crisis. They praised DAB’s initiative as part of the central program. They further noted that the democracy sown by martyr Ziaur Rahman would be revitalized through such BNP programs, igniting hope in the hearts of the people. The organizers also announced that such public welfare activities would continue in the future.
