Beat policing rally, distribution of winter clothes in Gafargaon

Organized by Pagla police station in Gafargaon, Mymensingh, beat policing rally and winter clothes were distributed among the village police at Paltan intersection of Trimohani Bazar in Niguari Union on Saturday afternoon.
Mymensingh District Police Superintendent Masum Ahmed Bhuya presided over as the chief guest and local member of parliament Fahmi Golandaz Babel spoke.
Upazila Parishad Chairman Ashraf Uddin Badal, Town Mayor SM Iqbal Hossain Sumon, Upazila Executive Officer Md Abidur Rahman, Additional Police Superintendent Afroza Nazneen spoke as special guests.
Upazila Awami League General Secretary and UP Chairman Abul Kashem, Upazila Vice Chairman Principal Ataur Rahman, Women Vice Chairman Reshma Akhter, District Council Member Delwar Hossain Ripon, Dilruba Akhter Kajal, UP Chairman Tajul Islam Mridha, Gafargaon Press Club President Shafiqul Qadir and others were present.
Gafargaon Police Station OC Farooq Ahmed and Pagla Police Station OC Md. Rasheduzzaman conducted the program.
Later, more than 500 blankets were distributed among the members of the village police and the helpless and distressed.
