At present, despite the increase in the price of everything, the government has opened a new way by showing more than the target yield.

According to agriculture officials, Aush is a rainfed and profitable paddy. The cost in this plantation is comparatively less. The yield is also good. Apart from that, the paddy field can be removed and cultivated easily again on that land. Aman plantations are not damaged. Agriculture officials were surprised to see the high yield of the farmers of Charalgi Union in the sandy loam soil.

Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officer. Mofizul Islam said that farmer Bashir Miah was given free fertilizers and seeds for Aush paddy cultivation in advance from the Upazila Agriculture Office. I advised him regularly to protect crops from diseases and insects with responsibility. Finally there is more yield. I have informed the authorities to increase its scope in future.

Upazila Agriculture Officer Noor Mohammad said that the cultivation of Aush paddy in the upazila is increasing day by day. Seeds and fertilizers are provided as incentives for Aush cultivation. All kinds of advice are given to the farmers to improve the yield. Farmer Bashir Mia's yield information has been informed to the higher authorities several times with field level data.
