Applications invited from DU students for Japan's Sumitomo Corporation Scholarship

Japan's Sumitomo Corporation Asia & Oceania Private Ltd. will provide scholarships to 10 regular students of Dhaka University, says a press release.
Applications have been invited in the prescribed form from regular students admitted in the 1st year of the undergraduate program in the academic year 2021-2022 for this scholarship. Students who have passed the Higher Secondary/equivalent examination of 2021 can apply for the scholarship. Applicants must have obtained 4.80 GPA in S.S.C. and H.S.C. excluding the 4th subject.
Application forms can be collected from the Education-5 Branch (Room No. 212) of the Registrar's Office or from the notice published on the Dhaka University website (www.du.ac.bd). The application form should be duly filled in and submitted to the Education-5 Branch (Room No. 212) of the Registrar's Office, along with the signature and seal of the respective Departmental Chairman/Director of the Institute and the Hall Principal, by 09 January 2025.
This scholarship is renewable for the next three years, subject to good conduct, satisfactory progress in studies and regular studies.
