300 poor students get school bags in Kulaura

Educational materials (school bags) have been distributed among 300 meritorious and poor students of three high schools of Karmadha Union of Kulaura Upazila.

In the afternoon of Monday, the educational materials distribution ceremony organized by Karmadha Union Parishad was chaired by Chairman of the Parishad Muhibul Islam Azad and conducted by businessman Nazrul Islam Koyes who was present as the chief guest and spoke as the former chairman of Upazila Parishad and Upazila Awami League General Secretary ASM Kamrul Islam.

The special guest was the officer in charge OC of Kulaura police station. Abduch Shalek, Karmadha High School Principal Farid Ahmad, Hyderganj High School Principal Parimal Malakar, Lakshipur Mission High School Principal Sudhir Gomez etc. On this occasion, all UP members/members of the Union Parishad were present along with prominent people of the area.

Karmadha Union Parishad chairman Muhibul Islam Azad said, Karmadha In the financial year 2021-22, education materials (school bags) were distributed among three hundred meritorious and poor students of Karmadha High School, Hyderganj High School, Lakshipur Mission High School of the Union under the Union Development Assistance Fund Project.

Which has never been implemented in this union in the past. In the future, poor students will be selected from other primary and secondary schools of the union and their school bags will be distributed.
